Let's boil this down to its essence ... you are offering to pay a trader
$10.00 per trade for 100 trades if the trader predicts price reversals 80%
of the time. I submit that any trader able to meet your challenge will laugh
at the idea of taking the time to post trades for $10.00 a pop. Thus your
challenge is structured in a manner which is sure to yield no takers, thus
"proving" you correct. Make the reward per trade worthwhile and I suspect
you might find some takers ... of course you'll need a much larger piggy
bank or a much smaller sample.

Perhaps my challenge went unnoticed. I believe that predicting the price of
a reversal is not possible. If anyone can prove a method that will predict
the reversal price of a market within 50% of the five day average range, 80%
% of the time . I will pay you $1000.00. The rules are simple. Predict ahead
of time by this list the reversal price for 100 observations and have 80 %
or more within actual reversal price +/- 25% of average daily range. Are
there any takers?
