To List and Moderator;
I see voting going on re. the subject. Their behaviour pattern will
not change IMHO. I still received a private e-mail from Mark on one
of my ELA posts so he is lurking. He ran the ELA counter to
instruction submitted and made it worse intentioally sending me a
flawed Performance Summary.
If this is a vote, which I do not think it should be, you know what
mine would be. People find it difficult to change long standing
negative behaviour and Mark and Ric are likely no different.

It should be remembered that Mark has already evaded a ban after
being
removed from the list by changing his user mask and sub'ing under a
different name. Regardless of any other considerations, this open
disdain
for the decision made by list management is enough to end any
consideration
of permitting him to return. (This assumes he hasn't/doesn't return
under
another set of userid and nickname but I will be watchful for such
things). Mark had, as I recall, set up his own mail list and some
members
from realtraders did join that list so if you appreciate his style,
you
might write him directly to see if he is still doing that.
In my opinion, ric was not on this list to contribute or to learn but
rather to irritate and harass for his own odd form of pleasure. If
you
disagree with this opinion, you might also mail ric and ask if he has
his
own list or if he is a member of other lists.. In fact, I believe he
is a
member of samuraitraders@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
