  Posts
and real meaningful exchange, I propose that each member of
the list post what he or she believes  is their most helpful or
meaningful post sometime next week. Over the balance of the month we each
vote on which one was the most helpful to him or her.The winner
would receive $1.00 from each participant who was not voted the most
helpful or meaningful post. 100 participants would mean we would get a lot
of good posts and the winner $99...sort of like a vote of confidence or
enough for a dinner out with a friend or whoever. The more participants the
better. To make this work some time frame like next week to post and
the balance of the month to evaluate response, tabulate results and go
from there. If of interest, please post as of 4/8/02 to 4/15/02. If
successful we could do this monthly and all learn a
lot.Sincerely,JohnP.S. This is a resend since the
first one did not come through after many other posts did. Also it
is difficult to understand how one day of counterbashing can upset a few
people who have gone through weeks of much worse. I am a change agent and
not part of the problem or syndrome. Let's see a few of you who say you
are leaving spend a half hour to 45 minutes to prepare a valid post only
to have it ridiculed.... Not responding is worse than deleting etc. since
  it will just repeat itself.IMHOTo
