Hello M.,

MS> If I were Dexter: "Computer: be careful tomorrow, this guy is

Actually I think that humans belive that the announcement will catch a
computer off guard. I would suggest that while humans are setting
around waiting for "the news" - "the market" has already factored in
what will happen. I have personally been involved with large trades
that had insight, the shakers and movers know before hand.

MS> Yeah, right.

Some time ago I went and saw McMillian (excuse me if I got the name
wrong) he gave a good talk and one thing that stuck with me was this.
He gave several examples of small stocks which all of a sudden had
option volume that was like 200 times their average. He was asking
that if you knew a company was going to be bought out and the stock
would skyrocket in price. Would you by the actual stock or would you
leverage your investment by buying calls? This is a clear cut example
of insider trading. However "LOOK" it was right there in the price! No
one had to call or look at TV to get the information did they?
