Objectives have now changed and it is in my best personal interest to let go
of
this; and focus on more productive endeavors. Unfortunately for all those
involved; the outcome was not what we would have liked. For some final
thoughts about this stark reality; please see the attached note. In a

where anyone can be kept aprised of developments in the class action suit.
The real truth about what transpired will probably never be known; nor
