DTN or its source of QQQ data have many outlying 
highs and lows.  They are so far from where the other ticks in the bar are 
that the trades must reported late or something like that.  Systems based 
on the QQQ High and Low intraday data have problems.  Probably best to use 
the close.

  Since DTN totally screws up QQQ data I will have 
  to use NDX for the competition.  Divide by the appropriate number to get 
  QQQ value.
  Like Clyde I won't wait until Tuesday close 
  either.
   
  Projection is 1390 to 1400
  Reason is the Probability Sympathize is going to 
  get overbought early this week putting downside pressure into the end of the 
  week, therefore
  the lower green probability cone set is 
  chosen.
   
  But the NDX is expected to cycle between the 
  upper and lower green cone sets eroding both call and put premiums with a 
  50/50 chance it will end on 1455.
   
  Since Clyde picked two targets.....the upper one 
  is 1505 to 1515
