Has anyone made data comparisons between the TS6
feed and others such as dtn satellite or quote.com?  Is it possible to get
an ES tick count from the TS6 feed as can be done in TS2k just to see if they
are doing anything funny with the ticks?

The data on demand facility certainly removes
much of (if not all) the
hassle associated with having data current for
  evaluation or trading.

Many routines have been rewritten and although
  originally were done
rather badly that seems to have been
  corrected.

If I could  use ONLY TS2K
or ONLY TS6 then I definitely would take TS6.

However, what I do is run TS6 realtine on one
  machine during the
day and develop on TS2K on another machine.
  I have written
routines to allow me to keep certain ASCII data
  files up to date
using TS6 so I don't have to have another data
  source for data
  for my TS2K operations.

    Pro..
Anyone have any comments on their experiences and
satisfaction (or lack of)using TradeStation 6, having previously used
TS4 or TS2K?I'm not interested in their brokerage, just the
program's functionality, bugs, and quality of support as a data streaming
product in comparison withprevious versions. In terms of customer
and technical support anyway, to quote the TalkingHeads, I'm concerned
that it is.. "same as it ever was".But one never knows what a new
name and glossy website image brings with itthough I'm betting it is not
    much.Optimistically,EliotPS: In addition, if anyone
has any comments on Metastock Pro and itsviability in conjunction with
Qfeed, or just as a technical tool, I'd begrateful for those thoughts as
well.Any serious limitations or unique capabilities in the package?
How does itcompare to Tradestation in any of its
    incarnations?Thanks to
    all.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^To
