SwingTimer (the son/daughter of SwingMachine) sees
the 13 week stuff as per
the attached.
We are certainly in a topping period according to
ST. The downside projection
is almost exactly the LML of the Andrews fork for
pivot detection with the same
13 week period.
This Andrews picture is a new
implementation.
