Yes it means that it is now SAFE to go back into 401K and IRA etc
this is a 10 week m/a of buying pressure which is NOW (as of Fri close)
LARGER then the selling pressure,,
Now that does NOT mean you jump in with all the money,, but you can buy
the dips
If we have a close re test of previous lows I WILL be getting back with
conservative money into my 401K Keogh and Corp pension plan
