yes there is a buyer and a seller for each blk.. It is how it acts after
the blk that is important... and as long as it stays above it ... it tends
to be support.. and likewise if drops below has a tendency to be
resistance.... many blks are mutual fund buyers on one end and the
specialist on the other end... I'll take the side of the specialist anyday
who is selling on days like today vs the mutual fund mgr who is buying.....
it is something I've tracked for yrs and have a feel for .. it takes time to
watch it and see how the stocks track and act around that price.... hope
