color=#000066>Monthly Calendar with Hi - Lo
Timeline and
Summary
<FONT
color=#000066>The Monthly forecast examines
the possible effects and consequences the faster moving
planet positions and exacting aspects may have on investor
psychology and market movements during the
month.
<FONT
color=#000066>On this page you will find a
calendar with a high-low timeline forecast incorporated into
it and a market summary for the
month.
<FONT
color=#000066>The calendar days are color
coded with the colors indicating the kind of price movement
expected in that trading day. Also, presenting the forecast
in a color coded format allows for a quick and easy overview
of what the month may be like in
trading.
<FONT
color=#000066>The calendar day is cut into 3
sections: <FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica>1)
Early morning (the first part of the day, till about
noon). <FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica>2)
Mid day (from noon to about 1 P.M.. - the center of the
calendar day).
<FONT
color=#000066>3) Afternoon (the latter half of
the trading day - after 1 P.M. to
closing).
<FONT
color=#000066>Some days are color graded,
representing how markets are expected to move during that
portion of the trading day. The days in which the
grading changes from one color to another represents the
type of price movement expected in that portion of the
day. In other words, the way the colors grade depict
how and when shifts are expected to occur. Days that have
only one color are generally expected to move in mostly that
direction.
<FONT
color=#000099>The color meanings
are as follows
Lt. red
(LR)<FONT
color=#000099>.........Mostly
lower moves, but not necessarily severe
drops. <FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica>Dark red
<FONT
color=#000066>(DR)..<FONT
color=#000099>..Steep drops
likely. <FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica>Lt. green
<FONT
color=#000066>(LG)...<FONT
color=#000099>.Mostly higher, but
extreme moves not expected.
Dark
green <FONT
color=#000066>(DG)<FONT
color=#000099>....Rally period
with substantial increases
anticipated. <FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica>Gray
(GR)<FONT
color=#000099>....A neutral or a
mixed performance day. No overall trend
dominating.
<FONT
color=#000066>The letters LR, DR, LG, DG, and
GR are added to the days in order to help those who are
unable to distinguish between red and green (colorblind) and
to eliminate any possible misreading of
colors.

<FONT
color=#663300>Summary<FONT
face=Arial,Helvetica><FONT
color=#663300>
<FONT
color=#000099>Of the faster moving planets,
October begins with the Sun and Mercury both in Libra, Venus
in Virgo and Mars in Capricorn.
<FONT
color=#000099>The Sun’s position in Libra can
aid markets in keeping a calm demeanor, while providing a
desire to maintain cooperative harmony. Wanting to get along
with others is the main effect this position has on
individuals. It can also help investors become more
objective. Market temperament should be subdued until the
23rd.
<FONT
color=#000099>Mercury, remaining in Libra all
month long, reinforces a tone down quality of a Libra Sun.
You may notice investors becoming less passionate and
respond to circumstances in a cooler more reserved form. It
will take an exaggerated event to dissuade investors now, as
this position tends to have people reply in quiet,
thoughtfully reasoned ways when seeking solutions to
problems. Emotions can remain under good control most of
this month. But watch the 19th and 26th as being the
exception and for investors to respond in a less controlled
fashion to events.
<FONT
color=#000099>The first half of the month can
have investors repress outward displays of emotion, although
with a Venus in Virgo, until the 15th, feelings can run
deeper. The main characteristic of a Venus Virgo is to
demonstrate a hypercritical nature, or for investors to
become over analytical, while keeping a sensible attitude
and inquiring balance. But this Venus placement can also
exacerbate nagging uncertainties about the economy; plaguing
and robbing needed confidence to drive stock prices higher.
Seen from an astrological perspective, rallies and rally
attempts will likely have a harder time getting started
after the 3rd, and until mid
month.
<FONT
color=#000099>Watch the 1st and 2nd for
investors to abandon restrained reserve. The first two days
can have markets see higher degrees of activity, especially
in early afternoon trading on the 1st. With Pluto in aspect
to Venus and Venus to Mars we may see a powerful emotional
transformation overwhelm reason and produce a strong rally
on the first. With Venus again in aspect on the
second, this time to Jupiter, investors should be feeling
more at ease; happier dispositions can aid in rally
attempts. The morning of the 3rd should have more of
an oppressive feel to it, or see price moves constricted and
confined, contrast that to afternoon, when prices could go a
little crazy in either
direction.
<FONT
color=#000099>On the 15th Venus transitions
into Libra, joining the Sun and Mercury. With three planets
in Libra now, much energy can be concentrated in wanting to
restore harmony and balance to everyday life. The need
to engage in social activities run high between the 15th and
22nd of this month so it may be a good idea to lighten up
and unwind some. Companies with connections to
amusements and entertainment may do well during this 7 day
period.
<FONT
color=#000099>The Sun moves into Scorpio on
the 23rd. This can act as a stimulant for the emotions,
intensifying desires, but at the same time increases the
severity of effort needed to accomplish goals. Getting
things done may get harder, needing more application.
And with both Mercury and Venus still in Libra, we’ll be
less inclined to exert that extra effort, willing to put off
chores to another time. As a consequence we may not
see much accomplished in the final few days of this month.
The period from the 23rd till the end of October is really a
time for making, rather than acting on
plans.
<FONT
color=#000099>Until the 27th, Mars’ negative
tendencies can be well contained during its stay in
Capricorn. When Mars is in Capricorn energy tends not to be
wasted. It’s a good time for investors to organize and
calculate end results, as its placement aids in astute and
strategic preparation. Whatever aggressiveness investors do
feel during the month should be better controlled and
directed into producing constructive tangible outcomes. The
planet’s location also helps counterbalance some of Libra’s
and Virgo’s reserving influence. But after the 27th
Mars moves into Aquarius, which can act more as a prankster
encouraging investors to dare more and take unnecessary
chances. The last three days of this month impulsiveness can
run higher. We are likely to see faster moving markets after
the 27th, relative to the rest of the
month.
