I wonder if someone could explain to me the way that NYMEX opens the
energy mkts.? From watching quotes come in, it would appear that
front month opens, then maybe a minute later 2nd, month and so on.
And it seems that front month doesn't trade while others are opening,
etc. Anyone familiar with this enough to explain the particulars?
