Norman:  Yes.. the other piece of miss info
Fri was rumors of a military strike... If I recall when we started retaliation
on Desert Storm is was around 7PM EDT..?? Anyone out there remember?  My
point is .. with the time diff I doubt we are going to see it during mkt hrs..
that's why I've been expecting a gap up open some morning within the next 3
weeks.. but would fade any rally short term during mkt hrs re military
strike...

Remember their (CNBC) retirement funds are
probabaly 100% GE stock.. which looks like a great short on any rally...
personally I prefer Bloomberg TV ..but don't like their ticker so I go back and
forth.. Bloomberg  is more into truth in reporting vs trying to keep
ratings up anyway they can...

  DC and all,

Anyone watching CNBC this AM? They
attributed the morning rally to the GE news.
Any idiot with an internet chart of the stock
market can see the market started to rally before the GE news.  This is
typical. One of my signals for a valid move is media misinformation. Take
whatever they misinform about and fade their conclusion. For example.
let's say hypothetically they concluded that because GE is doing ok, the
market shouldn't go any lower.Guess what is really gonna happen?
   Yep, Look out below! <G>

  Cheers,Norman
