I would not dispute that a year or so from now GM may have traded below 30.
However, a look at Hurst Envelops may be useful. Price is near the bottoms
of both the 10 period and 60 period channels. Normally, we would anticipate
a turn soon followed by a rally at least to the center of the wide channel.

Well, a big cap stock is going to carry alot of volume with it. I don't
think they are too scared, but Chas Meyer pointed out that alot of people
are neutral
which isn't too far from bullish or bearish when it comes to sentiment
change. imo.
