Good bottoms are when the cboe total put volume exceeds twice the ten day
average. So far its only 1.5 times the ten day average which does create
some "shallow" buys, but the Bollenger "twice the ten day" makes the longer
term great buys. Even when the signal strikes, it is early by 2 to 4 days.
