The DOW may not make a new low due the perceived "flight to quality" into
the "safe" big caps JMHO.
But if the ecomomy does not strengthen the old saying "there are no safe
ports in a hurricane" will come into play there too?
It is also my understanding that if "they" are going to take it down, "they"
will position themselves first, for the fall. This could be positioning, who
knows, but then again it is August and a Friday and the markets are thin?
FWIW I have SP01U fib targets at 1151.80 and 1146 (no timing). IF we proceed
lower I will be watching those areas.
