[RT] Gen - does RT have a moderator?

Anyone know who authorizes an RT member's status to receive RT in rt?  One
of the world's foremost Market Profile experts has been trying to switch
from digest to on demand RT for two weeks now and his rt status is stuck in
"Pending".  Does John Boggio still handle these things?
