Earl,
You are a good record keeper. Jupiter (11.5 year cycle and happy planet)
entered Cancer (housing) on July 12, 2001. The Moon's North Node (18.61
year backward cycle and Jupiter happy clone) has been regressing through
Cancer since April 2000 (conicdeded with leaving speculative fun and games
Leo and stock market bubble top). Next event is Jupiter and N. Node will
conjunct in Cancer in early August = very happy for housing. That should be
approx. the momentum peak. The next event will be N. Node will leave Cancer
in late October 2001 and enter Gemini.(think backwards) . Then Jupiter will
leave Cancer early August 2002 = no more happy for housing. June 2003,
Saturn (unhappy) enters Cancer similar to 1974.
