Funny, the US stopping the Air Products/Air Liquide/BOC deal after EU
approval didn't start WW3. If GE has that kind of power, perhaps it
needs to be stopped!
It is interesting to look at the difference in approach between the US
and the EU. The US is more 'scientific', looking at current market share
percentages, while the Europeans are more theoretical, taking a deeper
look at the future structure of the market. That implies, of course,
that you (as the EU regulator) can figure out what the future structure
of the market is...
