Must admit, I anticipated a slightly larger retracement before the DOW broke
out above well tested resistance.
If a test of the new support level is successful, things could get very
interesting for our resident bulls.
These breakouts are often very reliable. The more times the level was tested
and the longer the level held, the more reliable the breakout tends to be
(according to my guru). We'll see...
