I can't say that I trade the new/full moon, however I don't ignore it. Ever
since Clyde Lee posted his moon trade chart and ela template some years ago,
I have set an alarm on both the new and full moon so that I know when it's
coming. There are enough coincident turns in both the spoo and the bond that
it's worth a watch.
