The imposition of the rules by the moderator is dictatorial, as is his right of
ownership.
Our right of subscription is to protest.

I think that all would benefit by lengthening of the rope that we all swing
upon.  Loosen up on the interpretation of the rules; give some slack.

Consider having the discussion before the act.  Open it up to the group before
you act unilaterally.  As has been amply stated, Mark's presence is desired.
