Any thoughts or comments relative to when one might know it is a fairly safe
time to buy stocks/indexes on margin? This would be from a
prespective of 'long only'. Clearly, there are better and safer times than
others <g> and I was wondering if anyone else had found any practical
answers to that dilema? Thanks for any feedback.
