Don't make it so hard, after big ranges come small ranges and after small
ranges come big ranges. I think they have a name for this, lets just call it
volatility. Strangely the big report days have big ranges and the days with
no or little reports are often small ranges. What a revelation, who would
have thunk it. Planets my elbow.
