I've never seen a book or read a post to a forum that contains what you are
looking for. That's not to say that there will not be some great advise and
guidence or teaching and some good clues. Here is a clue. If what ever it is
doesn't make perfect sense, it is a dead end. If there is the slightest
doubt in your mind, you aren't there. Here's an example, lets say that you
had never before seen nor heard of an automobile and one day you came across
a big box that was filled will all of the parts to make an automobile. Could
you and would you put them all together and make it run? Not if you didn't
ask youself a lot of dumb and smart questions. How long would it take you to
figure it all out? If you got it all together and didn't put the fuel in it
would it work, would it make sense?

Gann charged $10 thousand for his master course in the middle of the great
depression. I figure that, that would be somewhere between 300 and 500
thousand today. So what do you think you will get today for 100 to 10000?
