Joe,
I suggest that you ask yourself a lot of questions. Like if you owned a
casino and you wanted people to come and lose their money there what
would you do. If you had 2 hundred million and you wanted to speculate
in the exchange with almost no risk what would you do. You have an
exchange and you can't give away 3 day vacations at the fabulous
exchange to get people to lose their money at the exchange so what do
you do. Follow the money all the way and you should find some answers.
