Agreed on indivual responsibility. However that is not a reason
why the group manager cannot also scan for virii. Doesn't limit
your ability to send/receive attachments, offers virus protection
to those who elect not to practice safe computing for whatever
reason and doesn't cost anything (CPU cycles are cheap).
