Hello Bill,

You need to make sure that you have completely uninstalled all of
opera.  Go to the "Start" button and "Find" the to "Files".  Type in
Opera.  You might find some lingering folders or files that did not
get deleted.  There is one other place to check and that is the
"Register files".  If you have never gone into the register files,
then find someone who has, and can help you. If you delete the wrong
files you could mess up you system.
