Forward it to the CFTC. I regularly forward "Hot Stock
Tips" spam to <A
href="mailto:enforcement@xxxxxxx";>enforcement@xxxxxxx. It only gets
you a bot-reply but I get a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Check on the
CFTC's website to see if they have any comparable public address for
complaints.
