Observation of an indicator is subjective not 
objective. Some judgment is required and even in the presence of objective 
 judgment oftentimes we will see in the indicator what we want to see 
. Familiarity with an indicator should shift the conclusion more toward the 
objective . 
Also we should bear in mind that an indicator 
is a tool that should be combined with other market observations e.g. 
price , charts, volume, support, resistance etc.

  requires some judgment?  A case can be
  made that it turned up
