They 
used to work about two or three times then the print head was shot.  Now, 
at least on HP printers they won't work once in my experience.  Try one and 
see.  I usually loose the bottom part of each line as the holes the ink 
comes out of get clogged or something.  Sometimes the top part gets 
clogged.  Very clever these HP people.  I learned a long time ago to 
look at charts only on the screen.
