[RT] off topic: ink refills

RT's,

I blow through ink printing daily charts and I'm tired of paying $30+ a 
month on ink.


I have an HP Office Jet 500.  Can these ink refills ruin a printer or are 
they safe?

Has anyone used the ink refill kits for ink jet printers.  Any brand 
recommendations?
