Well, in your case, 39 is a fib number multiplied by a fib number, so I can relate to how you have come by it. I use fib numbers and 34 is merely one in its own right, as is 55 (rather than using a straight hour which most do) so I get the signal a little earlier than the 39 or 60 - sort of before the rush (ha, ha!) . But the number of DSs I get on the 13 minute is great (but I have never checked versus a 15 min).
