I just refer to your own mail. The contents is not much better than in my
statement.

The IB prices are not low, they are more than common. Their customer support
is equal to the account of the customer. Unfortunately it is everywhere the
same in any kind of business.

Trading with IB: There are sometimes problems if there are orders (buy and
sell) bellow the market limit-down price. That means, sometimes orders gets
canceled/ or rejected if the market is trading at the limit down. Buy orders
under limit down price are getting rejected under certain conditions. It
depends on the exchange. As exemple it can happen that market orders can not
get executed (at CME) because of Globex limitations. If you want to be sure
to get a fill at any time you need to send limit orders bellow or above the
market (CME).

However; we could fill many posts with such specific habbits. Using other
execution networks there are similar things you need to know.

Regards
Phil

Thanks for your kind words!

That's often been said of me.

Perhaps you could have included something helpful in your post, as
in...explaining why he is having problems? Or did you just want to lurk and
take another pot shot when someone else had something to say that you
didn't like?

And I STILL wish you happy trading and a profitable week.

Best,

Tim Morge
