I wouldnt rely on ANY OPRA related info from quote.com - for about a year
and a half their feeds do not transmit anything NEAR correct info realtime
for anything from OPRA and for daily info, they correct daily volume
information at rather arbitrary prices and a lot of individual stock and
some index options info is missing alltogether.

Okay, here are the daily closing values (plotted as lines) from
Quote.com. I have no idea how they calculate their PutCallValue indices
for US Stocks or OEX but they update every 10-20 seconds. I have a
feeling they calculate them on their own computer like they do with some
other breadthalyzer stuff. They have the options quotes flowing through
so they could certainly do it.
