Red line on the chart is Equity plus Index P/C. Its closer to neutral than
either bullish or bearish. Equity only is a bit more bullish. $C/$P as of
Wednesday close was dead neutral. As of this instant in time the $C/$P is
0.99 from Bob Carver's site, also now a dead neutral.
