scroll down to the bottom and click on the
vix datafile for 1986-2000... they have the put/call
ratio there for all of 2000. It's not clear
to me at first glance whether this is
the equity put call ratio or
equity + index put call ratio...
I have it back to about 1997 or so if you need more
let me know.
