May have switched since you wrote this but I have Declining 
volume > advancing and trade volume at bid > volume at ask. ND, SP, and NY 
comp have all bounced off the 62% retrace.

  - Declining # issues  > Advancing # issues 
  BUT
  - Decl Volume < Advn Volume.
   
  Portends good things for long side tech, if you asked 
  me.
