I am looking for an long entry soon as well. Sentiment models, P/C ratio and Rydex funds ratios, are at levels not reached since last May's low. Once these levels are reached, up moves often follow within a few days. I have a cluster of of projected dates using prior turning points for the period 10/12-15. Also, Friday is a full moon and Jupiter is opposite Pluto. I believe we are close but will wait for a price pattern confirmation.

The two different models below, each highly accurate in the past 18 months
out-of-sample, are each indicating a potential bounce starting soon
(tomorrow?) in the S&P 500 futures market. Long entry signals are generated
whenever the yellow neural signals pass from below the horizontal red zero
axis to above it. These models rarely generate buys signals, but when they
do they are typically right, often dead-on. We'll see how this set of
confirming model projections pans out.
