anecdotal level I must agree with Mr. Manasco.&nbsp; Since T took over
our cable service, price has&nbsp; gone up with no noticeable
improvement.&nbsp; T is finally rolling out cable internet after US Worst
(now Qwest) had offered DSL.&nbsp; They're both obsolesent.&nbsp; Our ISP
is rolling out wireless broad band with more capacity than either.&nbsp;
T may have a large captive rate base but it is still largely a
copper-wired landline company.<br>
