Hello Ge,

<x-tab> </x-tab>On the
weekly chart T has put in two double tops w/n 2years. Measurement
for break of the neckline has already been exceeded and "round
number" support at $30 breaking. Return to the low $20's
possible/probable. (It's not one I regularly watch so no more
definite opinion.)

<x-tab> </x-tab>Ref
fundamentals -- I would look hard at how the cable acquisition is
assessed in book value.

<x-tab> </x-tab>At the
anecdotal level I must agree with Mr. Manasco. Since T took over
our cable service, price has gone up with no noticeable
improvement. T is finally rolling out cable internet after US Worst
(now Qwest) had offered DSL. They're both obsolesent. Our ISP
is rolling out wireless broad band with more capacity than either.
T may have a large captive rate base but it is still largely a
copper-wired landline company.
