I was going to switch my a/c to them but decided against it only because I
could not get a satisfactory answer to the same question you have.I spoke to
them about that and they claim that their uptime is 99%.If you have not
already done so go to their website at www.interactivebrokers.com It has a
lot of very usefull info.
