[RT] GEN - DTN and CBOE trins

In fooling around with the various CBOE stat symbols on DTN it became
apparant that the @SCC is quite similar to the user calculated index of
(@ICC(up)/@xxx(down))/(@VCC(up)/@xxx(down)) which is the call trin. Also
the @SPC is the twin of (@IPC(up)/@xxx(down))/(@VPC(up)/@xxx(down)) which is
the put trin. So, if you are using TS2ki with DTN sat then you have the
cboe trins available in the @SCC and @SPC even though you don't have acces
to the individual components of the @ICC,VCC,IPC,VPC. BMI used to have the
@SCC and @SPC also. Likewise if you are running Ensign on DTN the same two
symbols are used and it isn't necessary to use the individual components of
the composite symbols. However, after looking at the two sources of the
trins, precalculated and broadcast vs calculating locally from the
components, the latter appears to have more detail in the plot structure.
