most of the cities in the states have a day labor place, where one can find
some work, if they are to lazy to find one for themselves.
the (majority) are there of their own choosing, and yes, some do really well,
though they are the exception ,
as far as going to where its warm, well a lot do , but people being people,
still like to be where they are familiar with, be it cold or not, cheap or
expensive, keep in mind, their lifestyle is cheap where ever they are, so
the price of a home , taxes etc. doesn't factor into it.
in the states and Canada, the governments and bleeding hearts have made it
very easy for people to mooch off society. hence, we have 3-4
generation welfare families,
I will call this a bucks worth, seeing as I'm speaking from personal
experience.
