I trade from a country that is 7 hours later than EST (GMT +2). The market
opens at 4:30 in the afternoon. I've always wanted a job that didn't require
getting up early <g>. For me, the hours are great, but that is a personal
preference.

As for costs of living, etc., the choices you make about how you live are so
individual, that no web site will give you all the answers. I suggest
narrowing down your choices and then visiting the area. See what it costs
for the kind of housing that would be comfortable for you. I believe this is
something you have to do in person. Another important cost is health care,
as well as comparing quality to what you require. I think things like ISP
costs are really minor.
