Uh, Doc, are you sure about that withholding for non-US citizens? I'm
looking at a Lind account application and it has a Form W-8 where you
can certify to the IRS that you are an "Exempt Foreign Person" not
subject to US tax laws. My understanding is that exempts you from the
withholding just like a W-9 does for US citizens.
