I'm not so sure about that. This 0.382 retracement is a real tug of war in
both price and cumulative net volume, i.e. cum(uvol-dvol). Watchout
whenever the cumulative net volume goes flat after an uptrend or a
downtrend. Right now the sellers are equalling the buyers after the rise
from 3227 just like back in April only this time the decision process is
taking a bit longer. The positive is that the Nasdaq CV is still above its
21 day XMA. The NYA CV has also gone flat after its February low and is a
bit closer to its 21 day XMA. Looks like its time for one of Gitanshu's
straddle plays.
