My only experience is with the Matrox cards. I ran two 21" monitors at
1600x1200 with a matrox millenium AGP and a matrox millenium II PCI. It
worked great. Now I use a matrox G400 dualhead, it cost about $150 and has
fast 3D, but only goes to 1280x1024 on the second monitor. Also, I don't
know if you could run two of them for four monitors.Microsoft has an online
list of approved cards if you want to check out other brands.
Good luck.
