Just have to love those AMD processors. I have a 1996 vintage Acer that had
a 133mhz pentium running Windows 95. After buying a 400mhz machine two
years ago the 133 was too slow, but still useful. So along comes the
Evergreen Spectra 333 mhz (AMD upgrade processor). Swap the 333 in for the
133 and make some jumper changes on the mother board and that little Acer
beats the 400 mhz when comparing TS4 in W95 vs PS/GS/BMI in W98. "Beats"
that is in terms of tick counts. Yes, AMD is great.
