This is to confirm what Earl reports.

One of the primary reasons for my getting the RT version
of Quote.com was that (earlier on) I could be looking at a
5 minute chart and switch to a 60 minute (or daily) chart and
almost immediately there was the chart I wished.

Now, this is not so -- unless I program my display to include
ALL the time frames and the symbols that I might want the
performance of this service is for the birds.

They (Quote.com) asked users the other day about the
service and this is what I told them.

Is there any other service where I can switch time frames
and the data be downloaded from the server -- I don't want
to have to keep the database on my machine. I have a
problem running TW in that the programs which I use to
make a living will only run in W9x environment -- sad state
of affairs but NT and 2000 just will not cut it for legacy
FORTRAN programs.

I have DynaStore and TS2000 and it is a poor substitute for
a properly performing quote.com.
