I've been running QCharts (i.e. I'm a paying customer at $79 + fees) for
over a year now and the past several months have been terrible. When I
switch my chart from one symbol to another, I often have an interminable
wait no matter which server QCharts elects to use. Those who don't
switch charts don't seem to have such severe problems.
